3. Description of the Service
MakerHubprovides online exam preparation tools, including practice questions, timed exam sets, performance analytics, spaced-repetition review, tasks, knowledge resources, and AI-assisted explanations ("Maven"). Features may vary by exam track, plan tier, device, and region.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. During early access or launch periods, some features may be labeled beta, experimental, or limited availability.
4. Accounts and authentication
Accounts are created through Google sign-in or other methods we make available. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You agree to notify us promptly at support@makerhub.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Plans, beta access, and future billing
MakerHub may offer free, promotional, beta, or paid plans. During launch, we may provide Premium or other paid features at no charge for a limited time or to a limited number of users, as described on our pricing page or in-product notices.
- Promotional or beta access may be modified or ended with reasonable notice where practicable.
- When paid subscriptions launch, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules will be disclosed at checkout and may be updated for new purchasers.
- Early-access users may receive grandfathered pricing or benefits as described in active promotional terms.
- Until in-app billing is fully enabled, plan changes may be handled manually by our support team.

- Use the Service to cheat on live, proctored, or official examinations
- Use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or abusive content
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as official exam-board or institutional communication
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access to protect users, partners, and the integrity of the platform.
7. Educational and AI disclaimers
No guarantee of results. MakerHub helps you practice and study; it does not guarantee admission, licensure, ranking, scores, or employment outcomes.
Not an official exam body. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, MakerHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by IOE, IOM, Loksewa, NEC, IELTS, NCLEX, or any government or testing authority. Exam names and formats are used descriptively for preparation purposes.
AI limitations. Maven and other AI features may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated explanations. Always verify important concepts with official syllabi, textbooks, and qualified instructors. AI output is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
Content sources. Question banks, explanations, and study materials may be authored by our team, sourced from publicly available syllabi and educational references, or assisted by AI tools. We do not claim ownership of official exam papers or endorsement by any testing authority.
AI-generated and assisted content. Some questions, explanations, plans, and Maven responses may be produced or refined with AI. They are provided for practice and learning support only—not as instructions you must follow, and not as assurances of any particular exam result.
Content accuracy. We work to keep question banks and explanations current, but errors may occur. Report issues through support so we can correct them.
8. User content and licenses
You may submit content such as notes, uploaded documents, marks, task descriptions, or AI prompts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant MakerHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service—including providing AI features you request and institute administration where applicable.
You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or others' rights. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
9. MakerHub intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, branding, question banks, curated explanations, and documentation (excluding your User Content), is owned by MakerHub or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own exam preparation or, for authorized institute administrators, for permitted organizational use. You may not copy, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
10. Institute and organization use
Organizations may onboard learners, assign content, and view cohort-level analytics through authorized admin accounts. Institutes are responsible for obtaining any required consents from students or parents, providing their own privacy notices where required, and using learner data only for legitimate educational purposes.
MakerHub may suspend organization access for misuse, non-payment when billing applies, or legal compliance reasons.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google sign-in, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. MakerHub is not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the platform.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@makerhub.tech.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKERHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that content will always be accurate or current.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKERHUB AND ITS TEAM, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EXAM OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MAKERHUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MakerHub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@makerhub.tech and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
